Shape it
or be shaped by it.
Is AI helping us say what we think, or are we starting to think what it says?
Knowing our own thoughts helps us tell the difference.

If you landed here, you already know.
Perhaps you haven’t found the words for it yet, but you sense that AI is more than another tool. It is coming close to something we have defined as human for years: thinking.
We can’t see thought or put our finger on it. But it is real. We live with what it creates every day—from what happens inside us to what we bring into the world.
Most of us were never taught to notice how powerful our thinking is. Now we see something else doing what looks like thinking, and we move between awe and fear.
I believe there is a reason to be excited.
AI commercials tell us: “Do what you love.” I have a different question.
What if we let AI work at the level of thinking we already know, while we explore what comes next for our own?
What becomes possible when we learn to notice and direct that power in ourselves?
For me, that begins with metacognition. Getting to know how we think, what shapes our unique perspective, and how we can shape our thinking ourselves.
That is what I want to explore with you.
Are you brave enough to join me?
