What does your bot need to know?
We research on your bots’ behalf, building the systems of information they need to do their work.
That means asking questions, investigating sources inside and outside your business, and finding the expertise the work needs. Sometimes it means interviewing people on your bots’ behalf, too.
We connect the dots, find what’s missing and organise the findings into a connected knowledge base. Your business, your customers, your market, and the methods and playbooks relevant to each bot’s role.

We design what information your bots need, when they need it and how the pieces connect.
The information might already be in your business. We might research it for you. Or you might bring it to us.
We look at your bot’s role, the work it needs to do and the decisions it needs to make. Then we map what information matters at each stage and how the pieces connect.
And when something changes? We design when it should look for more information or ask a person, another bot or another system for input.
Prompt engineering and skill building
Now, how should it go about it?
We design the instructions and skills that guide your bots in doing their work.
We turn what you want to achieve into a defined role, an approach to the work and instructions your bot can follow.
What questions should it ask? Which steps should it take? What should it do with the information it has? And when should it bring someone else into the conversation?
We build, test and refine those instructions using examples from your business. We can develop skills for your existing bots or design bots around the work you need them to do.

How long does it take?
That depends on the work. Building one skill for an existing bot is different from researching and connecting knowledge across your business. Once we understand what you need, we can give you a timeline.
