When this term was defined, it aimed to address a new need in our evolving working environment: to see AI technology in a different light, attributing human-like aspects for better relatability. 

However, the conventional definition falls short by using words like tools and implementation, when explaining this term.

AI is indeed a technology, but it’s more than just a tool; it has the capacity to produce thoughts, mimicking human cognitive abilities.

Referring to AI as a person creates a connection, fostering a balanced and cooperative work environment. 

The goal is to redefine our perception of AI, acknowledging its potential beyond mere automation, and paving the way for a harmonious partnership between humans and AI.
